This artwork with an unusual title represents an exploration and a transfer onto paper of the pleiad of different motifs, patterns, textures and designs the artist is working with. By repeating and creating new forms, she is building a narrative, which is inviting us to turn back to nature and the shapes we find in it.
Snežana Nena Skoko, born 1960 in Belgrade. Received her BA and MA from the Faculty of Applied Arts and Design in Belgrade. Completed postgraduate specialization at the Academy of Applied Arts in Helsinki (Finland), the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan (Poland), and Goldsmiths College in London (England).
